TK44 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the TK44 platform, accessible at tk44.io. TK44 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under a valid gaming licence. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and TK44 ("the Platform", "we", "us").

02 Eligibility

To register and use TK44, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

TK44 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned minus any bonuses claimed. 03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one TK44 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• Your correct date of birth.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name.
• Your correct residential address in Bangladesh.

TK44 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

TK44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Key deposit and withdrawal rules at TK44:

• Deposits are credited to your TK44 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless TK44 approves an alternative in writing.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's payment information section.
• TK44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• TK44 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large transactions.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your TK44 account balance.

TK44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name on your TK44 account. Deposits from accounts in a different name will be returned and may trigger an account review.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

TK44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a 100% first deposit welcome bonus up to ৳10,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any winnings generated from them.
• TK44 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Game contribution rates are stated in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. TK44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player is exploiting the bonus system.
• TK44 may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by changes made after the claim date.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus with your deposit, you may opt out at the time of deposit. Bonuses cannot be removed from your account after they have been credited and wagering has begun.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on TK44 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and the published Return to Player (RTP) rates are accurate. TK44 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• TK44 logs all gameplay activity. In the event of a dispute, TK44's server records are considered the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TK44 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Using the TK44 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug will be voided.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your TK44 account.
• Engaging in any activity that TK44 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or its players.

TK44 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited activities may be reported to the relevant authorities in addition to having their account closed.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

TK44 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if TK44 determines that the player has violated these Terms or if TK44 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or play until the investigation is complete.
• If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• If you wish to close your own account, you may do so by contacting TK44 support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.
• Players who self-exclude through TK44's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will not be processed.
